Stage III + IV (2010-2013)

First activities for the erection of the bioliq gas cleaning and fuel synthesis plants are seen end of 2010. To the left hand, the shell of the gasifiers building is completed.

The foundations are casted in February 2011. At the same time, the steel racket for bioliq II is constructed.

In March 2011 steel working is started on the bioliq III/IV site by construction of the stairways.

Now the steel construction to house the gas cleaning and synthesis plants is erected. In the gasification section, the technical equipment is installed in parallel.

In July 2011, the steel skeleton is complemented with a roof. In the foreground the assembly hall is established in a large tent, where the technical equipment is prepared for installation.

The installation of technical equipment is started. The gasification plant is surrounded by cladding sheets.

With one of the reactors the delivery and mounting of the large technical components starts in October 2011. Between stage II and III/IV a container racket is erected, in which the gas cleaning section is to build in.

End of 2011 mechanical completion of the plants from bioliq stage II - IV is attained. Now functional testing of the plant components and subsystems is performed by using an artificial syngas mixture produced of bottled gas.

After the gasification process was tested, in July 2013 the dimethyl ether synthesis plant was also succesful tested by using the artificial syngas mixture of the company LINDE.
